Keith and Sara Davis

Our special guests today are Keith & Sara Davis.  Keith Davis is a former college and professional football player While at USC, Keith was the team’s leading tackler and an All-Conference player, playing in Rose Bowl and winning 2 championship rings.  After graduating from USC, Keith played with the New York Giants.  Currently, Keith is an entrepreneur, educator and speaker, having spoken in over 9000 schools, universities and corporations here in the U.S. and abroad in over 51 countries. 

Keith’s beautiful wife, Sara, has a resume that’s equally as impressive.  Sara has more than 25 years of experience as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and certified athletic and wellness coach.  She was an All-American student-athlete at UCLA competing in track and field events.  In the years since graduating from UCLA, Sara has worked as a collegiate track and field coach and led group fitness classes for various health spas and resorts.  As a speaker, she has empowered audiences both domestically and internationally to make positive life changes through holistic principles that encourage optimal living.  Recently, Sara competed in the 2019 Mrs. America Pageant, finishing as the fifth runner-up.

Keith and Sara married in 1989 and eventually moved to the Dallas area where they were living a typical happy, suburban life with their two sons and thriving in ministry.  Then, in the 18th year of marriage, their relationship began to unravel as a result of many years of unresolved conflict and their inability to communicate their needs to each other.   In today’s segment called, “Love That Won’t Let Go,” Keith and Sara will share how outside pressures, hectic schedules, constant traveling, and different perspectives and ideas on marriage caused them to grow apart, separate and seriously consider divorce.
